Adpins Ltd provides the following services:
All payments are processed securely. Fees are agreed upon prior to commencement of work and are outlined in individual service agreements or invoices. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend service delivery if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of deliverables as specified in the service agreement. Adpins Ltd retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed during the engagement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Adpins Ltd's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Work completed up to termination is billable. Refunds for prepaid services are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
